My role
Throughout my experience as a UX/UI Designer at Innoflow, I have actively contributed to the development and refinement of various critical flows within the system. These include the Candidates Overview, Judging and Review, Create Landing Page, and General Settings functionalities. My role extended beyond mere technical implementation, as I collaborated closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and successful launch of these flows. Working collaboratively with different teams, I aimed to create a platform that not only met technical requirements but also aligned with the overarching goal of minimising bias throughout the hiring process. By engaging with stakeholders from different departments, I ensured that the platform not only met their specific needs but also adhered to the core values of fairness and equality, making Innoflow a robust tool in promoting unbiased decision-making and fostering inclusivity in talent acquisition.
